Abstract: Ultraviolet ( UV) LED is widely used in 3D printing, printing, ink curing and other industries. This

paper aims at the problems of poor illumination uniformity and low irradiation intensity of 3D printer photocurable

surface light source under the condition of near field.Based on geometric optics and energy conservation law, the iterative

method of lens surface discrete point and LED surface light illuminance function was adopted to propose and

design a lens scheme to improve the illumination uniformity of uv LED array.
